Biayna Engineering did a great job on my second earthquake retrofitting. They were reasonably priced, and they did a fantastic job. The front of my building looks great because they had someone put stucco over the huge I-beams that were used to reinforce my tuck under garages. They also did all of the paper work for the Tenant Habitability Plans that are required to recoup part of the cost of doing the earth quake retrofitting. Sona and Gayane always pointed me in the right direction and helped me get all the permits, and paperwork required from the City. I would definitely use them again.
